Project in Agios Spiridonas, Corfu

VOur 150m² house prioritizes optimal views, natural light, and ventilation. Social and bedroom spaces are thoughtfully separated, with main views opening towards the landscape. This fusion of modern and traditional Corfu architecture features a master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, living and dining areas, and a poolside open kitchen. From concept to completion, we've managed every detail, ensuring a cohesive home that connects seamlessly with nature through integrated landscape design. This project is designed for a family of two; however, with an adult child visiting in the summer, the client prefers a smaller house. Despite the desire for a more compact space, they still require a room for guests, making the size of this house perfect for their needs.
